Defective Games
If you recently purchased or were gifted a new CATAN game from an authorized seller and it is missing pieces or is defective in some way, please return the game to the retailer, who will give you a replacement copy of the game.
If you have purchased the CATAN Deluxe Edition from Indigo and your CATAN Universe coupon is expired, you can contact Asmodee Canada Customer Service. Be sure to include your CATAN Universe email address you used when you made your account, a copy of your receipt, and a photo of the code so they can assist you. If you are looking for replacements for lost pieces or your game gets damaged with regular use, you have a few options:
- CatanShop.com sells replacement decks of cards.
- Creative Goods Companies has an authorized Etsy Shop
- Check your local game stores to see if they sell used games; you could get one and use it for replacement parts.
- You could also try online options such as the BoardGameGeek.com Geekmarket.
